I had high hopes for my stay at Park Hyatt, but it fell short in several areas. The rooms were spacious and clean, but the lack of basic amenities was frustrating. Service was hit or miss, with some staff being very helpful while others were quite rude, which was disappointing for a supposed luxury hotel. I also found the dining experience lacking in variety, especially for vegetarians. Overall, this hotel may not be worth the price given my experience.
